    Definitions

    Seller refers to OneDollarSportsCards.com – the company to whom the order for the purchase has been given.

    Customer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

    Goods refer to the product(s) for which the Customer has placed an order with the Seller.

    Payment

    All payments are due from the Customer upon completion of an order. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be processed for the Goods and no Goods will be shipped. The Customer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

    Orders that are flagged by Shopify's payment system as "High Risk" for fraud may be held for up to three days prior to shipping. This is to cover ourselves for any potential chargebacks. Learn More

    Please note: We are required to collect sales tax on all purchases that are shipped within the state of New Jersey.

    Shipping

    Shipping will be paid for by the Customer in the amount calculated by the Seller at the time of purchase. The Customer has the option to select a preferred shipping provider.

    Orders received by 1 p.m. ET Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day; all orders received after 1 p.m. will be shipped the following day. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.   

    Orders will ship when all items within a purchase are in stock. 

    If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping will be refunded to the Customer by the Seller.

    Promotional Codes

    Seller reserves the right to cancel and refund the buyer for any order that it deems as potentially fraudulent. This includes orders placed using rewards from its referral program which may have been redeemed without a referred purchase or as flagged by our program's technology as such. Each promo code is subject to its own redemption rules.

    Refunds/Returns

    All sports and gaming card (singles, slabs, signed and sealed) product sales are final.  For supplies, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Please see our return policy for more detailed information.

    Cancellation

    An order may be canceled up until payment has been processed and the other has been shipped. Once the payment is processed and the order has shipped, the Customer is responsible for the payment.

    Complaints

    Any complaints about Goods or the Seller should be submitted to our support team. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the Seller will be in contact.

    Marketing

    The choice to receive email or SMS marketing messaging is optional. You must opt-in to receive those messages; however, you will receive transactional emails -- and maybe a personal thank you email :-). For those who do choose to receive SMS messages, you agree to our SMS Messaging Terms and SMS Messaging Privacy Policy.

    Legalities

    The Seller is not responsible for any guarantees made by the manufacturers in regards to the Goods that they produce. This includes but is not limited to the number of autographs, inserts, and the like within their sealed products. Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the Seller’s state.
