Refund Policy

    All sports and gaming card (sealed, singles, slabs, signed, sets, swatches, and mystery/surprise me lots) product sales are final.

    For supplies, returns will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date: 

    • Product must be sealed and unused in the original packaging
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information
    • Customer will receive a refund of the original product cost to their original method of payment. The original and return shipping costs will not be refunded. 
    • Refund will be issued within three days of arrival at our facility

    While Google, Facebook, and Instagram may have individual return policies, all refund requests will require the customer to comply with the four return policy steps listed above.

    For any factory-sealed cards that are damaged upon opening, you must file a claim directly with the trading card manufacturer.
